Run Stronger.
Hike Longer.
Recover Well.
Stay consistent with your training whether you’re dealing with pain, building back, or trying to do it right the first time.
Hi, I’m Julia.
I’m a physical therapist who helps runners and active people navigate pain, return to training, and build confidence in what their body can handle.
Whether you’re in the middle of a training cycle, building back, or trying to stay ahead of injury, the hardest part is usually knowing what’s actually okay to do.
Because “just rest” isn’t helpful when you have goals…
and pushing through blindly usually makes things worse.
There’s a better middle ground, and that’s what I help you find.
You might be in the right place if:
You’re dealing with pain and not sure how to navigate it.
You’ve had to stop (or almost stop) and want to build back the right way.
You’re training for something and don’t want setbacks to derail your progress.
You want to train smarter, even if nothing hurts yet.
You’re preparing for a hike or backpacking trip and want your body to keep up.
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan.
Some people need hands-on guidance and ongoing support. Others just need a clear plan and a way to adjust it as they go.
Most fall somewhere in between.

-
A clear plan to build mileage, intensity, and confidence so you’re not stuck in the cycle of flare-ups and setbacks.

Not a runner?
I also work with hikers and backpackers navigating pain, setbacks, or return to activity.
Because the goal is the same: keep moving forward without making things worse.
Not sure what kind of support you need?
Tell me what’s going on, what you’re training for, and what you’ve tried so far, and we’ll figure out the best next step.
