I’m a physical therapist who helps runners and active people navigate pain, return to training, and build confidence in what their body can handle.
Whether you’re in the middle of a training cycle, building back, or trying to stay ahead of injury, the hardest part is usually knowing what’s actually okay to do.
Because “just rest” isn’t helpful when you have goals…
and pushing through blindly usually makes things worse.
