Every client starts with a comprehensive 1:1 virtual assessment where we dive into your training history, movement patterns, current challenges, and goals to build a clear plan moving forward.
Depending on your needs, this initial session may serve as a movement and training assessment, the entry point into rehab-informed coaching, or a physical therapy evaluation (California residents only).

60-minute 1:1 virtual session
One month of personalized programming delivered through the coaching app
Weekly program adjustments as needed
Messaging support through the app (48-hour response time)
